Redesigned Kenya's National Airline Carrier booking website 

Crafted the Kenya Airways booking website ensuring it has better user experience for maximum conversions. Took a mobile first approach & as well optimised the experiences to ensure maximum accesibility. It passed United States Airline website regulations.

My role on this project was lead User Experience designer & worked with team of developers and product managers from Amadeus to make this project a success.

My core duties included

  • User research & analyzing data from anaytics and other data sources such CRMs.
  • Created user journeys & wireframes for the solution.
  • Created user interfaces for all screen sizes - mobile, tablet & Desktop
  • Handoff designs to developers
  • Quality assurance with developers insuring designs are up to specifications
  • Beta testing with users and improving on UX
