Helped build the future of health care through ConnectRN 

ConnectRN is a platform that brings together health care providers and health facilities. It gives the nurses the power to own their schedule and facilities the ability to scale whenever they are short staffed.

I worked in this project as a full time product designer in the user experience team. I got to interact with a few key features which include 

• Onboarding - Created new hypothesis and worked on prototype. The hypothesis was if we replaced fountain (Third party onboarding tool ) and build our own proccess, we would increase the number of users who were signing up.
• Homepage - Explored the contexual cards on the homepage that changes with user activity instead of having multiple pages
• Supervisor View - how to create shifts, block booking & view ongoing shifts
