Crafted a simple seamless user experience for KOKO Networks 

Designed a connected, scalable & robust user experience system that helped to reduce friction, highlight the most important actions & guide customers to perform the required actions. 

I was the lead product designer ( team of 2 designers, 1 Product Manager & 8 developers ) & my contribution to this project included

1. Conducted a field User research study that lead to creation of user personas.
   
2. Created wireframes & user flows to map the user journey.
3. Designed a design system ( Roho - which translates to design with your heart ) to ensure consistent user experience with empathy for users.
4. Created User interfaces based on the wireframes & clickable prototypes to test with users
5. Handoff design files to developers on Zeplin. Documented design decisions on confluence.
6. Tested application with beta users, got intial friction areas and improved on it.
