Redefined how to Pay,Save,Borrow & Insure with m-power.io

Designed a connected, scalable & robust user experience system that helped to reduce friction, highlight the most important action & guide customers to perform the required actions. 

I was the only product designer & my contribution to this project included

1. User research and moodboarding.
2. Conducted an ideation workshop unlock design barriers & define mvp features.
3. Created 5 personas types that were instrumental to the user experience.
4. Created wireframes & user flows to map the user journey.
5. Designed a styleguide to ensure consistent user experience
6. Created User interfaces based on the wireframes & clickable prototypes to test with users
7. Handoff design files to developers on Zeplin & handoff documentation
