Translated Telkom Kenya business requirements into reality with an amazing robust mobile application. Re-engineered how their mobile money used to work and reduced friction to make it easier for customers to enjoy.

My contribution to this project included 

  • User research and understanding business requirements, goals & KPIs
  • Wireframed user journey & roadmap of app features
  • Designed a styleguide/design system to ensure consistent user experience
  • Create User interfaces based on the wireframes & clickable prototypes to test with users
  • Smooth handoff on zeplin with comments for developers. Worked with developers and ensured that the quality was up to specifications
  • Documented features and proccess on confluence for future reference
